Phase 4 · Development Stage
When the system
needs a team.
Two selective pathways extend the release framework beyond a self-directed Playbook: coordinated learning for organizations and hands-on support for an active artist campaign.
Neither pathway is an off-the-shelf purchase. Availability, curriculum or campaign scope, fees, rights responsibilities and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.TWO OPERATING PATHS
Shared method.
Different responsibility.
Team training helps several people work from the same release process. Managed support applies a defined portion of that process to one artist campaign. The first conversation determines whether either path is ready to scope.
01 · ORGANIZATIONSTeam Training & Future Licensing
For independent labels, artist-development programs, educators, arts organizations and management teams that need a consistent release workflow.
A future scope may include
- Facilitated selection of the six teaching modules
- Role and handoff alignment across the release team
- Participant materials licensed for an agreed group and term
- A defined implementation exercise or discussion format
The Playbook is not yet on sale. Institutional materials, licenses, dates and pricing are still in development; joining the list does not reserve or purchase a program.02 · ARTIST CAMPAIGNSSelective Managed Support
For an artist or authorized team with finished music, usable campaign assets and a defined need for coordination beyond a strategy session.
A defined scope may include
- Release plan and responsibility-map coordination
- DSP, smart-link and campaign-readiness checks
- Creative brief, content sequence and launch activation
- Measurement review and second-wave recommendations
Managed support is not a guaranteed-results package. Advertising, distribution, public relations, radio promotion, new content production, legal review and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included.BEFORE A FIT REVIEW
Four controls protect
the work on both sides.
01Authorized lead
One person can approve scope, materials, access and campaign decisions.
02Defined objective
The team can name the release, learning goal or operating problem to solve.
03Rights-ready assets
Music, images, footage and account access are owned, licensed or authorized for use.
04Workable runway
Timing and budget allow preparation before public activity begins.
SCOPE BOUNDARY
The framework can be taught.
The intellectual property stays protected.
TEAM USEDefined access
Any future license will identify the participating group, materials, term and permitted internal use.
CLIENT WORKDefined delivery
Managed engagements cover only the responsibilities, channels, assets and review cycles stated in the written scope.
NOT INCLUDEDNo rights transfer
No license transfers ownership of the Playbook, templates, curriculum or Lipstick Diva methods. Client copyrights remain the client’s.
PHASE 4 INQUIRIES
Choose the responsibility
you need us to assess.
Artists can request a managed-support fit review. Organizations can join the team-program interest list for future format, licensing and availability details.
Lipstick Diva does not provide legal advice or guarantee streams, sales, placements, airplay, press, licensing, platform access or campaign outcomes. Prospective clients must confirm their authority to use submitted music, data, images, accounts and campaign assets.
